Refund policy

You may return or exchange any product for a full refund or store credit within 21 days of receiving it. Once you initiate a return, you have 28 days to get it in the mail; after that, your refund is forfeited and the shipping label expires. All in: 21 days after delivery to start a return, 28 days after starting it to ship.

A note on trying things on: we understand that pieces like garment-dyed outerwear and heavyweight knits take more than a quick look in the mirror to evaluate. That’s fine, just be respectful. Every garment we make is dyed by hand in Japan, and if yours doesn’t work out, we hope to pass it along to someone who will love it as much as you wanted to.

Items purchased during sales and promotions are fully eligible for return or exchange.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of stains and odors, and have their original tags attached.

If we grant an exchange and your original item never makes it back to us, you will be charged for both items. Likewise, if a returned item doesn’t meet the condition standards above, we reserve the right to withhold your refund.

Please allow 1 to 3 business days after your return reaches our warehouse for processing. Once we issue a refund to your original payment method, your bank may take up to 7 business days to post the credit. Shipping charges you incurred are not refundable. International returns are not currently supported.
